[tex-hyphen] Replacing hyphenation patterns file due to License modification

Dear *hyph-utf8 package maintainers*,

As a copyright owner of pt
<http://mirror.ctan.org/language/hyph-utf8/tex/generic/hyph-utf8/patterns/tex/hyph-pt.tex>,
I need to have that file replaced in TUG's repository, and as part of the
hyph-utf8 package, due to a change to the Software License (and other minor
changes).

The other copyright owner (J.Joao Dias Almeida, jj at di.uminho.pt) is in CC:
in case you need to contact him.

The new version of the file is attached.
