[tex-hyphen] setup russian hiphen

As I wrote in my message I selected Russian. I do not know what game plays here windows 7 or this is bug in current version of babel but I losing time watching messages during translation and I do not like such output.

It works for me. Log needs to report something similar to:

LaTeX2e <2009/09/24>
Babel <v3.8l> and hyphenation patterns for english, dumylang, nohyphenation, ge
rman, ngerman, german-x-2009-06-19, ngerman-x-2009-06-19, french, russian, load
ed.

If you select Russian under Languages in MikTeX Options.
