I don't know. It's a bit LaTeX-ish, but being in the "source" tree, I
don't think that it really matters. We halve all other kinds of
"non-generic crap" in that folder, mostly ruby scripts. The name
generic mostly refers to "hyph-utf8" being a generic package.
