[tex-hyphen] ann: dehyph-exptl v0.20

Hi,

package dehyph-exptl v0.20 with experimental patterns for the German
language has been released, see

I have already committed the new pattern files

  /trunk/hyph-utf8/tex/generic/hyph-utf8/patterns/hyph-de-1901.tex
  /trunk/hyph-utf8/tex/generic/hyph-utf8/patterns/hyph-de-1996.tex
  /trunk/hyph-utf8/tex/generic/hyph-utf8/patterns/hyph-de-ch-1901.tex

into the tex-hyphen repository (r278).

For TeX Live 2009, could a kind soul please update the package (deleting
the old patterns) and replace the old entries in language.dat
