I'll generate patterns once more anyway just to make the date 2009-06-19
to avoid irritation.  The latest release had patterns from 2008-06-18 and

  2008-06-18
  2009-06-19

is probably easier to memorize than

  2008-06-18
  2009-06-15

And who knows what changes will happen untill the final release? :)  So,
to answer your question, please release package hyph-utf8 only after
dehyph-exptl.
