(Some people aren't really active or have never used SVN themselves,
so they have asked us to upload the files for them, but if you can do
it yourself, that's much better - you can commit changes at any time.)

This page:
    http://tug.ctan.org/tex-archive/language/hyphenation/bghyphen/
still lists the old files.

If updating patterns from CTAN was automatic and no changes (new
package) were made, the patterns would be broken in XeTeX now :) One
reason more why we want Unicode patterns ...
