[tex-hyphen] Some cross-tests with existing (ConTeXt) patterns

hm, when i run ctxtools (old method) there are no patterns so i need to 
check that bit ... czech patterns have a history of problems .. 
different names, locations, being latex-bound, etc .. i need to look 
into it
