Thanks a lot. I have renamed & added the files with removed
guillemets. We won't use lccode/uccode setting for patterns as they
have absolutely no influence on patterns themselves. They should be
used (fixed?) by either XeTeX or some macro package during
typesetting. If we use them during pattern loading, they are forgotten
later anyway.
