I only wanted to say that fixing it in xetex.ini might not be the best
place (it should be fixed more fundamentally in the core), but it's
true: let's try to be pragmatic, let Jonathan fix it in xetex.ini,
let's remove the not-needed pattern hacks from greek, and not worry
about LuaTeX at the moment.
