[tex-eplain] eplain 3.12 and toc

    ./test-sommaire.tex:6: Undefined control sequence.
    \ifinteger #1->\ifcat _\ifnum 9<1\@gobbleminus

Thanks for the report, but ... sigh. It's because I made a
simple and stupid mistake editing xeplain.tex.

If you add the line
\def\@gobbleminus#1{\ifx-#1\else#1\fi}%
pretty much anywhere reasonable in eplain.tex, it should work again.
(It did for me.)

Please confirm, and I'll put together another release asap. --thanks, karl.
