[tex-eplain] What .ist file should I use for pdftex?

John, I can't tell you which ".ist" file you require, but here is one
that does what I want with e-plain (but to be honest, I write my own
index entries, I don't use e-plain to do so); it also intended for use
with XeTeX, whence the Unicode range-dash :

> line_max 32767
> delim_0 "~$\\,$"
> delim_r "‒"
