[tex-eplain] eplain.tex and context

These two macro sets do not play nicely together. The first error
with the abbreviated context distro is the absence of the font
line10. Where is it used in eplain? I can copy all the stuff over
of course and go through a font install but it is easier just to
delete the font definition line unless it is for something I am 
likely to use.
