[tex-eplain] replace final comma with period

I have a simple little macro which I use to list some data

\def\form#1#2#3{{\it#1\/ }#2 #3;}

and these are grouped together to create a paragraph

\form{name}{year}{source}
\form{name}{year}{source}
\form{name}{year}{source}
\form{name}{year}{source}

Is there an eplain way to automatically end the paragraph with a period
rather than a semi-colon?
