[pstricks] Can pstricks skip issuing transparency stuff when they are unnecessary?

Thank you! Although I used the term “bug report”, what I really meant is an issue report or a question. In my particular case, my LaTeX document does not use tranparency, so it's strange for me to get warnings about it down in the toolchain with default settings. I even see this warning hardwired in the generated .ps file. Peter
