[pstricks] pstricks-add fails basic test after system upgrade

Problem solved: the deprecated command was found in the siunitx package, of
which I had a stale version. (arch users: I had to 'pacman -R
texlive-siunitx' (which no longer exists) and 'pacman -S texlive-science')
