[pstricks] Support question

Apologies for posting to the whole PSTricks list.

Under Windows 10, after recently reinstalling MiKTeX and
Ghostscript, existing documents using PSTricks no longer work
properly.  The same happens when I use the published example here:

I don't know whether the problem is in PSTricks or one of the many
other parts of the jigsaw puzzle.  Who can I ask?  I have so far
tried GitHub and support at tug.org.
