Dear Patrice,
the warnings are not of interest and will be there until Ghostscript removes
this check for old transparency commands.

that should work.  But some gs versions need "1 -1 2 cvi exp", to be sure
that the exponent is an integer, if the base is negative. However, I have
no problem with the example from the website (gs 9.54.0) Can you send me
the ps-file?
