[pstricks] jpg, pst and picture environment - problems with pdflatex

Looks like that you have no Perl installed for cropping the image.
Use \usepackage[crop=off]{auto-pst-pdf}
or install Perl from http://www.activestate.com/activeperl/downloads
which is a good choice.
