[pstricks] DVI previews and PDF building stops working with PSTricks in my setup

Hi Carsten:

I did so as you said, compiling in the command line, which succeded.
This led me to try to fix the profile manager of Texxniccenter as you
said. Also installed foxit when you said back then and I'm evaluating
it.
