NE pas utiliser ce
package\usepackage{pstricks,pstricks-add,pst-node,pst-tree}pas utiliser ce
package parce qu'il n'est pas chargé par votre distribution miktex ou n'est
pas bien installé
utiliser à sa place le code:

vous devez compiler comme par  latex ---->
convertire dvi to ps ---------->
 afficher à laide de gsview, dans  le menu Format choisir A4
dans le menu Fichier choisir le sous menu Convert puis pdfwite, ensuite
enregistrer

remarque ne jamais compiler avec pdftex
je répète ce que j'ai dit plus haut : pstricks n'est pas supporté par pdftex
: tu dois compiler par latex d'abord, puis dvips
