[pstricks] Surface-Plot from tabulated Data

Thanks for the hint, that looks like it, and my apologies, seems I did 
not search long enough.

PS: In the example file contour.tex, there's still use of \variablesIIID 
(line 60), which has been renamed in Version 1.83 and should therefore 
be replaced by \IIIDplot at variables(?)
