[pstricks] finding the proper pstricks-add

All: I would rather write a 100 line macro than figure out why texlive  
on a mac can't find a certain package.

Currently I would like to use the polar option to psaxes supported by  
the most recent version of pstricks-add. I have the pstricks-add.tex  
file dated 2009-04-17. When I run a small file with
\psaxes[axesstyle=polar] I receive the message "! Axes style `polar`  
not defined. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Jon.
