[pstricks] pst-pdf and readdata: long compilation time

It made it! I just put \ifpdf\else\input{pstRead}\fi
where pstRead is a file that contains all the \readdata commands that
are being processed by PSTrciks.

So there is no need for a new definition of \readdata etc. 

Although I mentioned the use of ifpdf package in my very first email, I
do not understand what I made wrong at that time. I just wasted a bit of
your time... sorry for this!
