[pstricks] Arrow Lable, Page Positioning Help Needed

Instead of landscape, put dvips as one of the options to geometry, so  
that it emits a \special to notify dvips of the paper dimensions.  
Here's what worked at this end, though I'm using TeXShop (Mac) rather  
than gv.
