[pstricks] psarc shifts the origin

I'm sorry, but I cannot reproduce your problem with my system:

BTW, where did you get v1.26 of pstricks.tex from? I couldn't find this 
version on the CTAN mirrors. Often this kind of shift is caused by 
'spurious blanks' in the code.
