[pstricks] psarc shifts the origin

Thank you Christoph,

you gave me the hint: pstricks v.1.26 is buggy!

I got the v1.26 of pstricks from the pstricks-website (http://tug.org/ 
PSTricks/) some days ago. I downloaded the tarball PSTricks-TDS.tgz.

Now I loaded from DANTE pstricks.tex v1.25 and all problems vanished.  
So the bug must have been introduced in v1.26.
