[pstricks] Minipage and Pstricks -> xAxis undefined.

- put the label always after the caption command
- a \endpspicture is missing in the second example.
- if I delete the \readdata and \listplot and put it into
   a minimal example with \endpspicture, then everything
   works fine here.
