[pstricks] Rotating a graph drawn in PSTricks

I do use ps2pdf successfully for generating pdf files
whenever PsTricks graphics were present  in LaTeX sources.
In this particular example, the \psrotatedown was not
rotating the figure 180 degrees even with the flag
-dAutoRotatePages=/None  was used.
I was using MikTeX2.4, and perhaps the ps2pdf script there
might be outdated.

So, I tried this procedure this time in TeXLive2007
(in Fedora Core Linux) and everything worked fine.
