Building a family tree, I would like to shift horizontally the connector
between two generations (levels).

The vertical connector between these two generations is always put at
the middle of the horizontal connector linking two characters (nodes) of
the same generation (level).

Instead of this  :

             Node 1
               |
     ---------------------
     |                   |
   Node 2              Node 3



I would like to have :

       Node 1
         |
     ---------------------
     |                   |
   Node 2              Node 3


Because for each generation the connecter is placed just in the middle
and  the result becomes too broad.
