[pstricks] Pst-pdf and psmatrix ??

but can you explain  the différence between :


1) {foo.tex with pst-pdf} and ps4pdf

2) {\pdfoutput=0 before \documentclass in foo.tex

pdflatex foo.tex ; divps foo.dvi -o ; ps2pdf foo.ps





when  i make pdflatex foo.tex without pstricks , i imagine that the   
transformation is

source --> ps --> pdf

but with latex foo.tex : source --> dvi --> ps --> pdf ( is it  
correct ?)
