[pstricks] Pst-pdf and psmatrix ??

this is a _real_ pdflatex run and you can choose
\usepackage[protrusion,fontexpansion]{microtype}

The first _three_ runs are only for building the
container file  <file>-pics.pdf which holds all
converted PostScript parts. And in the last run, where
the script starts pdflatex, it takes all the _pdf_ images
from the container file. The dvi and ps file are
intermediate files and _only_ for the pictures, they are
useless for other purposes.

Without changing anything in the pictures (number or
order) you can edit your text and running pdflatex,
ps4pdf is now not needed.

this is the traditional way, works almost in every case.
But font expansion is very difficult to use, if you need
it.
