[pstricks] rotate and bottom

            Dear Herbert,

 

I have to questions:

 

1.How can I rotate my tree (look at the attachment, please) with the angle
of 90° ?

 

2.The 1(b) should be on the top of the draw. In a tabular there exists the
command [t] to handle this problem.
