[pstricks] Problem With pstricks-add.sty

Hello:

I obtained the pstricks-add.sty file from 
http://www.pstricks.de/pst-plot/psaxes.phtml
and used one of the example files as given in the source below:

\usepackage{pstricks}
\usepackage{pst-plot}
\usepackage{pstricks-add}
\begin{document}
\begin{pspicture}(5,5)
  \psaxes[xAxis=false,tickstyle=bottom]{->}(0,0)(5,5)
  \psaxes[xAxis=false,tickstyle=bottom]{->}(5,0)(5,5)
  \psaxes[yAxis=false,tickstyle=bottom](0,0)(5,5)
\end{pspicture}
\end{document}

It wants extra files: 
xkeyval.tex, xkeyval.def, keyval.tex, xkeyval.sty, pst-xkey.sty, pst-xkey.tex

After all providing the above files, it still doesn't work.  I give a few lines
of the log file below but also attach the entire log file.
