I have uploaded a slightly improved pst-bar.tex along with some very
basic documentation. I have packaged the entire thing and posted it at
the same place as the last one,

The only files that are new are the .tex and .pdf. The only changes are
a couple of improvements in the way headers are handled in the input
data file.

The documentation is quite rudimentary.
