Hello,

I finished the rewriting of the tickline part, which is now
done by PostScript an therefore much more powerful than the
old one from pst-plot, which builds the ticks on the TeX side.

If someone has some time for testing, it would be nice,
because I do not know if everthing is useful and working in
the expecting way.
