[pstricks] Picture does not appear

Hello,
 
I have PCTeX32v4.2. When I typeset my LaTeX document containing the
following pstrick statements, I received the message “Unable to open
graphics file”. The space that should have contained the picture was
blank.
 
Please, I need assistance in fixing this problem.
