[pstricks] slides with seminar

Dear Herbert,

Yes, I ran it.

1) I join you the file seminar.bg2 which is the file of Denis Girou
containing the code for \SeminarNewSlideFrameBackground. (In principle the
file seminar.bug should already be in the standard distribution. I join
nevertheless this file also)

This file is called in the preamble of my example by the command
\input{seminar.bg2}

Remark: if you suppress this file and comment the lines calling the slide
background, you have excatly the same problem with the package pst-fr3d or
pst-gr3d. I join you a new example (essai2.tex) in which nearly all packages
have been removed.
