[pstricks] slides with seminar

Patrice, I have now no problems with this file, with and without
loading the 3d-packages. If you compare the filelists, then
you'll see, that your TeX system is nearly totally out of
date, expecially the hyperref package. At least try to
update this package. The best way seems to be downloading
the TeX Live:

mounting it as a local filesystem and installing it new.

Attached for your information my psfile. For this I load _all_
