Gonzalez.de.Durana.Garcia > Hi! Know somebody the way to use pstricks in pdflatex?
No (direct) way.
pdf(La)TeX doesn't include a PostScript interpreter, so cannot handle EPS
files nor PostScript code included with the \special TeX command, like
PSTricks does. The only way to include PSTricks graphics with pdf(La)TeX is
to generate an EPS file for each picture (usually using the "TeXtoEPS"
environmment provided by PSTricks), converting each file in PDF format (the
program epstopdf do that: CTAN/support/epstopdf ) and inserting the converted
files as graphics ones. The `pdftricks' package from Radhakrishnan CV and
Rajagopal CV ( CTAN/macros/latex/contrib/supported/pdftricks ) can automate
this process in a transparent way for most of the cases, if you use a Web2c
based TeX implementation.
Otherwise, you can use other tools (each which advantages and
disadvantages) which allow to convert (La)TeX files with PostScript code
(like for PSTricks or PSfrag) or EPS files to the PDF format:
+ Acrobat (Windows, Mac OS)
+ BaKoMa TeX System (Windows)
+ GhostScript (all current platforms)
+ PStill (Windows, Mac OS X, NeXTSTEP, Linux ix86, IRIX, Solaris, HPUX, AIX)
Free for personal or academic usage, except under Windows and NeXTSTEP
+ VTeX (Windows, Linux ix86, OS/2)
Free for Linux et OS/2, sold for Windows
