how i install pstricks in scientific workplace?

I agree.    I've used SWP with Y&Y, in my original post, I did not 
mention this because Y&Y is an additional commercial product. 
SWP and Y&Y do work nicely together and would be able to 
generate PSTricks code since Y&Y has a full dvi-to-ps driver called 
dvipsone.  I used SWP and Y&Y to generate quality PDF files for a 
colleague.
