[protext] Querry

Good day sir I am having a problem with my installation. I am downloading
protext in my computer since it runs in windows 10 64 bit. ctan gives me a
download mirror page
http://mirror.pregi.net/tex-archive/systems/windows/protext/
from there it says it is around 3 gb but the page only gives around 1 gb.
Is it safe to downlad the file?
