[protext] missing file in MiKTeX 2.5

I just down loaded MiKTeX 2.5 and TeXnic 7.01center via ProTeXt 2007 on a
brandnew laptop (using XP). I have been using the previous versions as down
loaded from ProTeXt Oct 14 2005 on an old laptop (also using XP).

I want to know is the missing natbib package limited only to me or to the
initial MiKTeX file I down loaded. The MiKTeX package manager reported:

FTP: couldn't retrieve (RETR failed) the specified file

If its the download, how do I fix it?
