I just down loaded MiKTeX 2.5 and TeXnic 7.01center via ProTeXt 2007 on a brandnew laptop (using XP). I have been using the previous versions as down loaded from ProTeXt Oct 14 2005 on an old laptop (also using XP).<br><br>
I want to know is the missing natbib package limited only to me or to the initial MiKTeX file I down loaded. The MiKTeX package manager reported: <br><br>FTP: couldn&#39;t retrieve (RETR failed) the specified file<br><br>
If its the download, how do I fix it?<br><br>Many thanks<br><br>Hayley<br><br><br>
