Please send the actual error message, or, even better, HTML for an entry
in http://tug.org/errors.html :).

    Another one (which came up twice in the same training
    session last week) was not etting any title or author
    because of forgetting \maketitle.

I added that one.

(Still looking for someone to take this over and make it something
publicizable ...)
