Will someone take the lead for each of the following:

   PracTeX Journal Manual of Style (PJMS) for LaTeX/HTML
   PracTeX Journal Manual of Style (PJMS) for ConTeXt
   Pitfalls guide

You do not necessarily have to be an expert on the topic, but just be 
willing to maintain a working document and post updated versions of it on a 
public site for others to review and comment on.
