Dear All

I have uploaded version 33.4 of the `bidi' package to CTAN;
the package `bidi-perpagefootnote' is replaced by the more
general package `bidi-perpage'. The package `bidi-perpage'
allows you to reset any counter per page from a given integer
(not just 0) provided that that counter exists and is incremented
using the LaTeX macro \stepcounter. Thus, resetting works at a
higher level and hence more automatic.

Further, the control sequence \ResetCounterPerPage is provided
which has the following syntax

  \ResetCounterPerPage[<integer>]{<counter name>}

The default value for <integer> is 0.

Example. If you want to reset equation number on every page
so that the equation number starts from 12 on every page, you
can say

\ResetCounterPerPage[11]{equation}

Enjoy
