[pdftex] technical issue, need technical help from a school computer

Good evening folks! I have a technical issue that I need to resolve. My homework assignment is due tomorrow evening.
Please see screenshot below:

As you can see from the screenshot, I have blocked off the coding for the histogram part. It compiles nicely and converted the output to a pdf file.
However, when I unblock the histogram coding part, I get the following error message:

Can you help me resolve this problem by noon tomorrow?
