[pdftex] Deprecated page ProcSet arrays

Hi Karl, and others.
Is there already, and if not can there be, an option to inhibit writing the ProcSet array for each output page of a PDF ?
This has been deprecated since PDF 1.4 (many moons ago)
and certainly should not be used when generating PDF 2.0.
