[pdftex] help for using texlive or miktex

hello deari have installed winedit and texlive(or miktex seperatly) to generate pdf file from latex file.but we cant see pdf output .running program in winedit 10 is complite without any error or warning or badbox, but without pdf output.this error is coming.I can't find the format file `pdflatex.fmt'!
for texwork editor there is the same problem with this error : kpathsea: Running mktexfmt pdflatex.fmt
also i have installed MiKTeX before. but there was the same problem. i have installed Sumatra pdf reader too.thanks a lot for help
