[pdftex] treat .ttc font file as .ttf really

    This patch depends on the ttc patch applied on trunk at r573, I hope it can
    be applied too before texlive 2009 is released.

Thanh installed it in TeX Live and I've asked everyone to rebuild.

This needs to be the last change for the DVD version.  If significant
problems surface after the release, we can always make new binaries
available over the net.
